Beginners to advanced welcome. Learn to draw, paint and make art that matters to you. This workshop is for those who seek a safe and nurturing space to explore personal creativity and choice of media while developing technical skills according to desires and abilities. A respectful and encouraging climate is cultivated towards a supportive community in which to invent and imagine. Selected drawing materials provided. Students who wish to paint will bring their own art supplies. Materials guidelines to be provided, so please contact the instructor ahead of time if you plan to paint. You will be provided with a list of non-toxic painting media and thinners. Toxic thinners and toxic painting mediums are not permitted in classes.
